1. The line does not reproduce the phenotype observed in a Nature paper,
then I crossed it to control line to show that the line is ok;
it is ok, still at odds with published phenotype

2. Failure of CaMV promoter line to induce strong phenotype in gametophytic tissue, hence the line is fertile despite having strong defects thoughout life cycle.
