Manager : Reception
A guest room is available to guests visiting the research groups or platforms of the institute for a maximum stay of 5 nights excluding WE and public holidays (see rules of use).
Bookings are made at the reception desk. The procedure is as follows:
-Complete the booking form and submit it at least one week in advance.
-Place an order via the Magasin application for the number of nights corresponding to the length of stay, and hand it in to reception desk to validate the reservation.The booking status is available by the ebooking system
