Meeting in IBMP

The IBMP has 10 poster grids, equipment (coffee machine, kettle …), and a stock of consumables (cup, plates …), drinks (water, fruit juice ….) and cakes.
Stocks are managed by Lydie Thiriet and orders made by Joëlle Friedlin.
Two people have access to these stocks:
Lydie Thiriet for the executive board, the symposium organized by the IBMP and for public events and other actions.
The person at the reception for guest seminars, thesis dissertations and organizers of gourmet coffees.

You organize a meeting or a festive event (BBQ, Mannele, Vin Chaud ..) on a day at most.

  • If the IBMP is not the organizer, notify the management and obtain an agreement concerning its financial participation
  • Book the rooms you need, including virtual rooms for visioconferences.
  • Inform  Lydie Thiriet to make the screen and web advertissements
  • Fill out a “Fiche de Besoin (10 days in advance) and pass it on to Lydie Thiriet who will check the product availability and get out what you need.
  • Plan a team to set and tidy up tables and grids in the lobby


You organize a larger event at the IBMP (IBMP Symposium type).
