Team Stock Graines

You can store and retrieve data about your seed lots using the Team Stock Seeds application.

Two possibilities for entering data:
1- Directly in the application, line by line.
2- Via an excel file (accessible from the application) without changing the order of the columns and without inserting empty lines. For each repository, you must use a blank document concerning only seeds that are not yet listed in Team Stock Seeds.

File column titles
Number | enter one of the possible values The value next will assign a new number to your bag of seeds. The value “free” will assign a number already used but made free following the removal of the associated bag.
Location name | this is the name of the box. The names are free and specific to a team, however they must first be entered in the application. Private / Public
private, default, only your team will see the information. public, the information will be visible to everyone but only your team can modify it.
Name | required data – a name of your choice
Accession number | public code (s) AGI or mutant line Generation
“Auto” indicates seeds from self-pollination.
“T” followed by the generation number (T1, T2, …) indicates a transformation, using this value makes it compulsory to indicate the transformed plant (female sub-plant).
“F” followed by the generation number (F1, F2, …) indicates a cross, using this value makes it compulsory to indicate the female and male parents. Any other value will be integrated as is.
Female parent and Male parent
Each value corresponds to a seed number in Team Stock; eg “26” designates seed packet 26 from your team in Team Seeds Stock.
If the parent has not yet been entered in Team Stock and is in the same Excel file, you can indicate the row number by adding an “E” in front of it; eg “E4” designates line 4 of the file.
Genetic characteristic
leave blank or enter one of the possible values: crispr, ems, radiation, tdna or transposon.
Time to live | mandatory data
enter the number of years the seeds have been stored; an alarm will be sent to you to renew your seed stock

Harvest date | mandatory data
enter a valid date recognized by excel
Storage date | enter a valid date recognized by excel
Stock level | enter one of the possible values: normal, low or empty.
