Writing room
Room 207 is reserved for reading, writing, rest but not for discussions or taking meals.
5 desks are available on reservation:
- primarily for doctoral students at the end of their thesis
duration of booking: 3 months maximum - if there are vacancies for postdocs, PhD students, and trainees for the writing of their articles, presentations, posters or internship reports.
duration of booking: one day to two weeks (max), renewable
To book a desk on eBooking, please contact Laurence WURTZ first at reception to :
- provide the charter of use of the room to be signed by users
- issue a key to each user and make an inventory of the assigned desk
The rules are as follows:
- keep quiet
- do not take meals (nibbling and snacking are allowed)
- respect the place, the furniture, the materials (screens, dishes)
- leave this office clean
