IBMP in blue
Ideal weather conditions for the 5th edition of the Runistra: a radiant sun, no wind, a mild climate …
13 runners (not superstitious) took the start, a record for the IBMP. Despite the absence of several participants from previous editions, due to theses, congresses, training or illness, the IBMP has aligned the largest team with 7 men and 6 women.
Some had not raced for ages, others had never done it, but everyone crossed the finish line, Adrien leading men and Lucie women. Congratulations to everyone, and as the bishop of Pennsylvania said in his sermon to athletes at the London Olympics in 1908, “The important thing is less to win than to take part” message commented and paraphrased by Pierre de Coubertin.
Congratulations to the runners who have honored the IBMP, proudly wearing the colors of the CNRS, which did not fail to raise the DNA in their edition of 30 September.
Appointment is made for next year!
