Bonjour !Je m’appelle Étienne et je suis ravi de rejoindre l’équipe de Patrick Achard en tant que bioinformaticien. J’ai réalisé mon doctorat à l’Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique, où je me suis spécialisé dans l’utilisation du traitement automatique des langues pour l’apprentissage profond à la conception de novo de médicaments.Au sein de l’équipe, je travaille sur la modélisation des gibbérellines et de leurs transporteurs, avec pour objectif de mieux comprendre les déterminants qui influencent leur reconnaissance spécifique et leur transport.En dehors du travail, j’apprécie particulièrement les jeux de société, la pâtisserie ainsi que les voyages, qui sont pour moi autant d’occasions de partager de bons moments.J’ai hâte de vous rencontrer et d’échanger avec vous !
Hello!My name is Etienne, and I am delighted to join Patrick Achard’s team as a bioinformatician. I completed my PhD at the Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique, where I specialized in applying natural language processing with deep learning for de novo drug design.Within the team, I work on modeling gibberellins and their transporters, with the aim of better understanding the determinants that influence their specific recognition and transport.Outside of work, I particularly enjoy board games, baking, and traveling, which for me are great opportunities to share enjoyable moments.I look forward to meeting you all and exchanging with you!
