▸ GoldenGate based pETGG system

pET22 vector modified for GoldenGate cloning and a collection of modules (tags, linkers …) allow the construction of any fusion protein in versatile manner and almost seamlessly. Original GoldenGate vector created in C. Ritzenthaler team and module collection expanded on the plateform.

This serie of Gateway-based vectors has been developped at the IGBMC by Dr. D. Busso and his co-workers and further extended on the plateform.

  • Range of affinity/solubilization tags: pnnGWA (Vectors and tags available)
  • Protease cleavage sites have to be included in the primers used to generate the entry clone

Vectors as well as oligos for colony PCR and sequencing of the insert can be obtained on the plateform.
