Une nouvelle équipe à l’IBMP !

I am Rémy MERRET. Recently, I joined IBMP as a group leader to start a new group.

I obtained my PHD in 2010 at Nancy University. Following my doctorate, I worked as a postdoc in the lab of Cécile Bousquet-Antonelli (LGDP, Perpignan, France). Then I moved to Taiwan for a second postdoc in Yee-yung Charng’s lab (Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan). I obtained my CNRS position in 2015 to join Cécile Bousquet-Antonelli’s group (LGDP, Perpignan, France). Since 2023, I was group leader at LGDP.

Finally, I decided to move to IBMP recently to start my new group. Our team is called “mRNA dynamics in Plants”. I am looking forward to discuss with each of you. I also enjoy cycling for those interested.
