Welcome to Chieko GOTO University of Tokyo
Chieko GOTO, an 18-month fellow from the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), joined Anne-Catherine SCHMIT’s team. Her PhD work, defended in 2014, focused on the nuclear envelope in Arabidopsis. She then pursued this subject at the University of Kyoto for a first post-doctoral internship. Since April 2017 she has joined the Takayma SEIJI laboratory at the University of Tokyo and it is in the framework of a collaboration with Marie-Edith CHABOUTE on the regulation between the nucleolus and the nuclear envelope in plants that she obtained funding for her stay at the IBMP.
